Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
There are factors that will affect the processing time as well such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or seasonal high demand. When this happens, we will reach out to the customer via email before the order is processed to ensure successful delivery.
In correct Shipping Addresses
We urge customers to double-check their shipping addresses before placing orders.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly, and no refunds or replacement products can be provided except in the following circumstances:
You advise us within 8 hours of making the order in which case we will check to see if the order has been shipped.
If the order has not been shipped then we will be able to change the address.
If the courier has delivered the order or is unable to change the address we will not be able to offer a refund or a replacement.
We will make every effort to provide you with an update within 24 to 48 hours.
Order Cancellation and Change Request
We allow a grace period of 8 hours for order cancellation or changes, such as quantity, color, or strap size. Please contact us at info@hellobands.co. Requests received after the 8-hour period cannot be accommodated as we process orders immediately. If we manage to cancel your order after this period, a US$15 cancellation fee will be applied due to the cost we incur for the item being in production. Please note that pre-ordered items, due to their limited supply and demand-based production, cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Time
United States: Domestic orders will be delivered within 2 to 9 business days upon shipment unless otherwise noted and they will be shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey or California via USPS.
International Orders: International orders will be shipped from oversea warehouses depending on the destination country. Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 12-20 business days. The local postal service of the country will be used to deliver the order.
Please note that the shipping time varies from country to country mainly because of their respective customs. We do not have control as to when they release a package and because of that, the shipping time we provide remains an estimate.

Despite not having control over these, we will try our best to keep you informed with all of the information we can provide and is available for us to use.
Taxes and Duties: Placing an order with us does not include any possible customs tax or duties that your country might impose on packages coming outside of your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and should you want to clarify the rates, please contact your country’s customs office.
Please note HelloBands is not responsible for any delay caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process as that is solely up to them when to release your package and we do not have control over that.
Returned Packages
Delivery failures and RTS (Return to Sender) may generally be affected by various reasons, for example recipient's address is incomplete, wrong, or relocated, the recipient can not be contacted, the package was not picked within the time limit, and objective reasons. If a package is returned to us, we offer two options: reshipment subject to a redelivery fee of US$8.99, or cancellation of your order with a US$15 deduction for processing the initial package.
