We're committed to providing our customers with the best quality products and service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all return items are in the original condition, unworn, with original tags/tickets attached with packaging materials present. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@hellobands.co within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

For a return to be eligible for a 100% refund, items must be in the same condition as they were received and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us clear photos of the items for preliminary assessment. In the event that the returned items are worn, damaged, dirty, or not in their original packaging, our team will evaluate the condition of the items to determine the amount to be refunded.

Return Process

The return address is provided by email as it varies depending on your location. Please send the items to the address instructed by email. Note that failing to contact us before returning the items could result in loss of goods, in which case we may be unable to issue a return/refund.

We require that all returns be shipped with tracking to ensure that your return is received and processed correctly. Please include a photo of your shipping receipt and tracking number when you notify us of your return. Kindly be aware that the cost of return shipping falls under the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to provide refunds for these shipping costs.

Refund Amount

Please refer to our BOGO section below If your item(s) were purchased through our Buy one get One free offer.

If the item was purchased outside of any promotion, we offer 100% refund, except for the original shipping and return shipping costs unless the item is faulty in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

You can exchange any item for a higher priced item of the same product type (strap for strap, cover for cover etc.) subject to the difference in cost being paid.

You can also exchange items for lower valued items of the same product type (strap for strap, cover for cover, etc.) in which case we will refund you the difference.

Shipping and Other Costs

A charge of $5 may be charged for missing or damaged packaging materials when returned. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

The original shipping fee is not refundable except if the item received was incorrect or was faulty.

The cost of shipping exchanges to you is free unless you are exchanging an item for a second time or more from the same order, in which case shipping back to you will be charged.

Return Processing Timeframe

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of your products. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable. The refund process may take 2-5 business days, depending on your bank.

BOGO Purchases 

If you have purchased one or more bands and received one or more free bands as part of the promotional offer, the following terms and conditions apply to returns and exchanges.

Free bands

A free item is one that you received as part of the BOGO with a zero cost of the sales invoice.

You can only return a free band for an exchange, we do not offer refunds on these purchases. An exchange can be for a band that costs more or less than the returning band, subject to you paying the difference or us refunding the difference, if the new band costs less than the strap being returned.

Refund amount for free items is always 0% but exchange permitted up to the same value or more if the customer pays the difference.

Paid for bands

A paid-for item is one that you received as part of the BOGO promotion and which has a cost greater than zero on your sales order/ Invoice.

For paid for straps, the amount of refund is calculated by the number of paid item(s) returned divided by the total number of items (including free straps) received in the order multiplied by the original retail price of the paid for strap(s) being returned.

Both Paid and free items returned – Full refund of paid item costs.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or the order is short-shipped, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. To assist with our quality control efforts, please include a video of the damaged item when you contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
